Ivan received a Bachelor's of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University where he studied both in Providence, RI and Miami, FL.  He specializes in utilizing local flavors and learned to master such skills from all the different places he's lived in the country.  

Ivan adores the outdoors and foraging for wild mushrooms in his hometown of Cincinnati, OH.  He is also a seasoned gardener where he only uses quality seeds and soil to grow the most tantalizing produce.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

​Certified as a Holistic Health Coach, Kristina received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition based in New York City.  

Kristina also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Natural Resources from the Ohio State University and is board certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
